In Libra, we find individuals who have the ability to assess other people's strengths and weaknesses and make use of this knowledge so as to gain their own objectives.

In Capricorn, the cardinal quality shows in their stamina and ambition, which usually is demonstrated in a self-made man or woman. Results oriented and materialistic.

Fixed Zodiac Signs

Fixed signs - Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius- tend to be people oriented. Their behavior is usually steady and consistent so people tend to trust them. Patient and persistent they can be be extremely headstrong and stubborn.

In Taurus, these qualities predominate in business relationships. Material possessions are important to them.

In Leo, we tend to find people with leadership qualities which are reflected in personal and group relationships. A powerful strength of purpose.

In Scorpio, we find individuals who have an absolute determination to see a project through. They seek to gain understanding to the underlying feelings within people.

In Aquarius, these individuals can assess, judge and thus, manipulate others. Although they seem detached communication is important to them.

Mutable Zodiac Signs

Mutable signs- Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces - tend to be group oriented. These individuals relate best within a group rather than on a one-to-one basis. Versatile and restless they can be very resourceful and adaptable.

In Gemini, we tend to find people who have natural wit, are popular and are extremely good at communicating with others. An active mind filled with ideas.

In Virgo, we find individuals who tend to have an uncanny ability for sorting out complex problems involving groups. They are the most practical of the mutable signs their work is very important to them.

In Sagittarius, the mutable signs qualities are reflected in their ability to inspire team effort in any venture. Restless they seek new adventures in life and ideas.

In Pisces, these qualities show up best in helping people within a structured environment. Intuitive, they are always trying to adapt to feelings and moods of others.
